Welcome! Thank you for stopping by. The Maidstone/Reserve Property Owners Association of PGA Village in Port Saint Lucie, Florida is a community comprised of 169 homes located In Saint Lucie County on the Treasure Coast of Florida inside the gated PGA Village community.

We are located left at the third stop sign on Legends Drive at PGA Village. Our beautifully landscaped community is surrounded by large reserve areas with protected habitat and varied flora and fauna. The Legacy and Dye Golf Courses are part of our boundaries.

If you are a resident or property owner, we invite you to browse the site; you will find information about the community, the “Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants,” and much more. You can find out what is going on in the area, who the Board of Directors is as well as committees and their members. We believe we have one of the most attractive and best run communities in the area. It is hard to beat Maidstone for home values and low HOA fees.
